All orders received outside of working hours will be processed on the next business day.
All prices on www.tanya-romanov.com are indicated in New Israeli Shekels (ILS).
You can view the prices for our jewelry in another currency by selecting the currency that is convenient for you in the drop-down menu.
Prices that may be quoted on our website in other currencies are for reference only.
All payments on the site will be made in new Israeli shekels (ILS) at the rate current on the day of purchase.
Please note that the jewelry displayed on this site is handmade and may differ slightly from the pictures published on this site.

Warranty terms
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty covers stones falling out and parts of the product being soldered off, as well as physical damage to jewelry fittings. The warranty does not cover darkening or patination of silver parts and jewelry fittings. Products damaged as a result of dropping or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

If you find any defect, please contact us by email: store@tanya-romanov.com to arrange a return or replacement of the product and send us photographs that clearly show the defect. If we determine that your case is covered by warranty, we may perform warranty repairs or replace the product with another product if the product cannot be repaired. The costs of returning goods for warranty repairs from abroad are borne by the buyer. The cost of returning the product for warranty repair in Israel is borne by us. The cost of sending repaired or similar products to the buyer in case of replacement is borne by us.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship orders worldwide.
You will be able to select a shipping method in your shopping cart during checkout, depending on your delivery address.
If the “add to cart” button is active on the product card, we will send you your jewelry within 3 business days from the moment you place your order on our website.
If the “pre-order” button is active on the product card, above the button there will be information about the possible dispatch time.

Worldwide delivery
We ship orders worldwide by EMS, Air Mail or EcoPost with a tracking number.
You will see the actual shipping cost in your shopping cart during checkout.*
Orders over 2000 ₪ will be sent to you free of charge
*The cost does not include possible customs fees and other possible legal payments in your country
Domestic Delivery
Within Israel, we ship your orders free of charge with a track number using Israel Post.

Return & Exchange Policy
Non-personalised jewelry can be returned within 14 days from its delivery day. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Return process

You will receive full instructions on how to return the item to us.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Pleas allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please read carefully our warranty terms.
